google search console found domain.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi return 520.

i try find in my file manager, but no file suspendedpage.cgi

and i try redirect 301 suspendedpage.cgi with regex /(.*)/suspendedpage.cgi but still return to 520 error ( using plugin wordpress )

and if access domain.com/suspendedpage.cgi or domain.com/RandomDir/suspendedpage.cgi will return 520 too

already try clear all cache, include redis, cloudflare, wp plugin
