    what does command output
    Code (Text):
    uname -r

if kernel has grs in name = OVH custom kernel

when you reinstall centos you should have option to check 'use the distribution kernel' like below

    Hi @eva2000,

I did create a custom template and checked the "Use the distribution kernel" but still the same.

What SYS server specs did you get ? some servers like Intel Xeon D 1520/1540 need special kernel support which centos distro kernels don't have but sys/ovh custom kernel uses.

If it's standard SYS server, then I'd contact SYS tech support cause could be a bug if you selected distro kernel and still got custom grs kernels

However, you can try to change your OVH custom Kernel to original CentOS Kernel using guide at How to change default boot kernel permanently or temporarily on CentOS - Ask Xmodulo.

But if it's a bug at SYS end, probably best to get it fixed :)

My bad.. Solved already.. I should have choose custom installation and delete the /boot partion (which I didn't do at first) after that checked the "use the distribution kernel." Hope this help for future SYS users :) Thanks anyway @eva2000
