I was trying to re-install a new domian using option 22

and by mistake I entered an arabic letter as on screenshot, however the installation completed without a problem

the arabice letter in the screenshot is on the same button of "N"

maybe the system considred it as "N"?
    Or something else?

That prompt looks for n or N to disable mobile/tablet caching, if it doesn't find n or N it allows mobile/tablet caching. either way the routine continues on.
