update march_hostcheck function to set NGX_GSPLITDWARF='n' & PHP_GSPLITDWARF='n' for upcloud, digitalocean, linode and vultr detected servers for better compatibility with now default GCC 8 compile built nginx and php-fpm compilations due to the variety of cpu models available on those VPS cloud host providers.
