   You do that manually editing nginx vhost's listen directive Module ngx_http_core_module

   Automated maybe by just asking the user which ip to use when vhost is created?

   there's already a SECOND_IP variable you can define for separate 2nd ip from main IP used for nginx vhosts https://community.centminmod.com/th...r-routines-support-second-ip.5292/#post-22203 but not a separate IP for each Nginx vhost.
