Upgrade Slower upgrading?

    Hello,

    So I've been noticing that upgrading things such as PHP has become noticeably slower than 0.7. I know there's probably nothing that can be done but I know in 0.7 to upgrade PHP didn't take 30-40 minutes to do. Is it just me or does anyone else notice it?

    More info would be nice though
    • Server or VPS details ? XEN, KVM, OpenVZ, VMWare or dedicated server ? OS ? CentOS 6.6 or 7.1 ? 32bit or 64bit ?
    • What version of Centmin Mod ? .07 stable or .08 beta03 or .08 stable ?
    • Was it fresh install or upgrade ?
    • How long ago did you install Centmin Mod ?
    • There's numerous code changes, bug fixes over time, so ensure you have latest Centmin Mod code installed by upgrading your Centmin Mod code.
    what version you upgrading from and to ? could be you running out of server resources or if you're on VPS, the server you are on is overcrowded or other VPS on same server stealing cpu and resources.

    I bought a fresh OpenVZ CentOS 6.6 VPS from OVH with 2GB RAM and 25GB HDD. I ran a fresh install of 0.8 stable about an hour ago.

    oh OVH VPS are very very very VERY slow, Centmin Mod install took me 2700+ seconds LOL.. find a better VPS heh

    What would you recommend for their price range, maybe a bit more?
