Xenforo Slow TTFB on Specific Action

I've built a new server, same as EVERY other centminmod install I've done.

However, there is a slight niggle, which I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out.

Specifically, the action of Inline Moderation is taking 5 or 10 seconds for the TTFB



This is reproducible, and it always either super fast (<200ms), 5.X seconds, or 10.X seconds for the TTFB.



It's ONLY this specific action that is slow. Nothing else on the site is slow. Nothing in the nginx or php-fpm logs.

Have tried with PHP7 and PHP7.1, and the issue is still there.

This is on a Hetzner E31275 v5 so plenty of horse power, and the site is small (average server load is 0.09 constantly.

I've tried everything I can possibly think of, so looking for some assistance if possible?

 

Think I've managed to track this down to an addon conflict, as disabled all addons via config.php, the overlay is instant each and every time. I can also see a MySQL query taking either 5 or 10 seconds while the overlay is waiting to display.

 

No idea, there are 79 addons installed.

Just disabled that addon, and overlay is instant.

 

Don't think it was this one, think it was the Last Post Avatar causing the issue.
