Beta Branch fix nginx zlib custom compile in 123.09beta01

fix nginx zlib custom compile in 123.09beta01

- custom zlib compile wasn't properly triggered so nginx used system zlib version instead. So this fixes it to use latest zlib version 1.2.11 properly.
- existing users can just run centmin.sh menu option 4 to recompile nginx with the fix.
