add missed install entry sentinel gates and installer arg mode exit checks in 140.00beta01

Code review of the fail-fast commits found the interactive menu install
entry in centmin.sh received none of the sentinel plumbing its
centmin-cli.sh twin got, and the installers' documented install/yumupdate
argument modes wrote the install exit status rc file without ever
reading it - both paths could still report success after a failed PHP
source download.

Changes:
- centmin.sh: interactive menu install case now clears the sentinel
before alldownloads, aborts with the failure banner inside the tee'd
group when a download/validation failure is pending, and gates again
after the tee pipeline closes so the script cannot reach exit 0
- installer.sh / installer74.sh / installer80.sh / installer81.sh /
installer82.sh / installer83.sh / installer84.sh: install and
yumupdate argument modes now read the rc file after cminstall and exit
non-zero with the failure pointer when centmin.sh install aborted
- inc/downloads.inc: guard the curl hardening flag append in
phpxz_detect so repeated invocation stays idempotent
