update SSL_PROTOCOL_MODERN routine in 130.00beta01

- update SSL_PROTOCOL_MODERN routine to account for folks who installed phpmyadmin via addons/phpmyadmin.sh installer so that when SSL_PROTOCOL_MODERN='y' is set (the default), it also looks for /usr/local/nginx/conf/conf.d/phpmyadmin_ssl.conf include file to modify it's ssl_protocols directive
- existing Centmin Mod 130.00beta01 users can run cmupdate to get this update and then run and exit centmin.sh menu option once to apply the change to their /usr/local/nginx/conf/conf.d/phpmyadmin_ssl.conf include file.
