Xenforo [How to] Ads after first paragraph

How can we add the ads code after first paragraph. Is that an add-on or custom code ? I'm interesting and i hope you share with us.

Ah yes i skip that add-on because of old. But it still looks work perfectly.

And, i m confused what is your algorithm for show ads on first post ? They shows sometimes in first paragraph, sometimes bottom of post.
