Benchmarks Scaleway GP1-M 16/64

Was looking at scaleways offering, I've use the in the past for arm and low cost dev in the cloud stuff when travelling.

This was looking at the GP1-M which is a 16vCpu, 64GB ram, 600Gb NVMe, on a 1.5Gbit/s connection. The low clock speed (2.0) is putting me off slightly for the php based site I will be using on it. It would cost 184 euro per month in their paris2 dc which is 'greener'.

Timing is for the php7.3 beta install, which I think take a bit longer, unless I've imagined that.
