Sysadmin Safe to ignore these error msgs?

    Yes correct thing to do is comment out that duplicate /tmp mount in /etc/fstab

    What's output for

    i assume /tmp is now pretty unsecured right?

    you'd change the /tmp

    from

    defaults

    to

    rw,noexec,nosuid

    to match commented out /tmp

    also i think your centminmod was the one that setup the double tmpfs entry

    tmpfs /tmp tmpfs rw,noexec,nosuid

    since i checked fstab when my new server was online, before i installed centminmod and it didnt have that entry.

    Yeah generally Centmin Mod would skip /tmp if it already exists and of the appropriate size. Will have to check those routines.
