How can I access or test it on my main system?
What is the correct URL to access? :)

Unfortunately don't use vmware, I use virtualbox, should be same the app sets up a network config for local access i.e. 192.168.0.xxx or something - probably read the documentation or if you paid for vmware app, ask support

yup for you 192.168.71.xxx would be the range depending what VMWare assigns to your launched guest OS
