    Thing is that at least you'll be having big players like Ovh.
    Things are like really attached to politics here.
    Not much hope in Internet locally other than the chance of having very cheap ftth(500/50) for like 150usd.
    Good thing related to hosting is Microsoft has Azure locally for CDN.

    ftpit, chicagoVOS, aruba VPS

    Aruba are 1 Euro VMware.. No comments
    Chicago vps is well known for being poor
