revise CSF Firewall whitelist ports in 123.09beta01

Reduce the number of pre-whitelisted ports in CSF Firewall for 123.09beta01 fresh installs. Routine will check if any services are listening on these ports = 3000 3334 8080 8888 9312 6081 6082 30865 and if not, remove them from whitelist port list. For existing Centmin Mod installs, this routine is auto triggered when you run centmin.sh menu option 4 or 5 when upgrading nginx or php. Then csf restart is left to csf service auto update routine to complete. Decided against auto restarting CSF Firewall for existing installs.
