switch redis REMI module from 6.2 to 7.2 default in EL8 & EL9 in 130.00beta01

- for fresh installs on EL8 or EL9 systems, default to edis REMI module version 7.2 branch
- existing EL8 or EL9 users can update by running cmupdate command and then running addons/redis-server-install.sh upgrade command:

addons/redis-server-install.sh upgrade
