revise base /etc/my.cnf templates in 123.09beta01

    - Revise for memory usage for fresh new Centmin Mod installs only by revising down the max_connections and max_allowed_packet and net_buffer_length for some my.cnf profiles based on system memory available. Fresh installs will get a /root/centminlogs/setmycnf_*.log log file which just mentions which my.cnf template was used for the base /etc/my.cnf. However, that base my.cnf is only the start and not final version used on the server as dynamic optimisation is applied to that base my.cnf based on server environment.
