revise all randomly generated user, pass and salts for all functions

In 123.09beta01 and higher

- all randomly generate usernames, passwords and salts have been revised and number of characters increased in most. Also removed all characters which may conflict with programming or software native programming so left with upper/lower case alphanumeric characters. These changes only really apply on fresh installs
- randomly generated prefixes or suffixes have doubled in characters for memcache.php, opcache.php and apc cache admin files
