    disable nginx webP for Cloudflare in 123.09beta01

    - Disable Centmin Mod Nginx .webp auto detection/serving when Cloudflare is detected as CF Free plan doesn't support due to Cloudflare cache ignoring Vary header and with CF paid plans you won't need Centmin Mod Nginx .webp origin support as CF plaid plans have Polish which can enable on the fly webP conversion anyway https://community.centminmod.com/threads/playing-with-ewww-image-optimizer-wordpress-plugin.12573/page-3#post-82300.
    - Existings users can update via running cmupdate and then run and exist centmin.sh menu once. This will update include file /usr/local/nginx/conf/webp.conf referenced in nginx.conf with the 2nd nginx map for cf-connecting-ip HTTP header.
