    update webp.conf nginx include file in 123.09beta01

    Change /usr/local/nginx/conf/webp.conf include file to check for cf-cache-status HTTP header instead of cf-connecting-ip header so that Cloudflare DNS only mode can still work with nginx level webP support and only disable nginx level webP support if Cloudflare Proxy/CDN cache is enabled Wordpress - Playing with EWWW Image Optimizer Wordpress Plugin
