Tool can't connect

    I'm using an uptime tool to check the status of a site and all works except for one :

    status.png
    I checked another CMM server and it was fine.

    Any reason what might be causing this or is it nothing I should be worried about?

    which tool ? whitelisted their server ip addresses in CSF Firewall ? your server actually online ?
