    fix redis extension compile banner version text in 140.00beta01

    The compile banner printed REDISPHP_VER before the REDISPHP_GIT dispatch
    was decided, so git-path builds (which never use REDISPHP_VER) displayed
    a stale tarball version that did not match what was actually compiled.

    Changes:
    - inc/redis.inc: print the banner after the REDISPHP_GIT switches - the
    git path announces the phpredis develop branch build, the tarball path
    keeps the versioned banner
