Linode seems to have put their own overwriting file in when I moved servers or upgraded to their new KVM update.

    Here is my resolv.conf file
    Code:
    # Generated by NetworkManager
    search members.linode.com
    nameserver 8.8.8.8
    nameserver 8.8.4.4

    # No nameservers found; try putting DNS servers into your
    # ifcfg files in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts like so:
    #
    # DNS1=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    # DNS2=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    # DOMAIN=lab.foo.com bar.foo.com
    options rotate

however it seems to be erased everytime I reboot the vps or such. Any suggestions?

I tracked this down to be the reason why photobucket or any other image source wouldn't show on my forum
