    @eva2000 Thanks
    I see GTS on the padlock button.
    [QOUTE]Cloudflare backup SSL certs can be issued by either Google Trust Services, Let’s Encrypt, or Sectigo Backup certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs.[/QOUTE]
    Does it means my ssl got compromised? or it is because of the reissue.?

    Cloudflare Universal SSL will randomly rotate to whichever SSL provider is available at the time - Google Trust Services, Let’s Encrypt, or Sectigo Backup certificates and that is SSL cert you see when you visit your domain behind Cloudflare in web browsers. The Centmin Mod Nginx SSL cert from Letsencrypt is used on Nginx server itself and isn't seen by visitors and only seen by Cloudflare Edge servers talking to Centmin Mod Nginx if Cloudflare Full SSL mode is used.
