    Hello

I don't know if other users use the menu option 21 but as i never use it for years and don't plan to and i don't think that it is very useful i would like to recommend to remove it :)

    Thank you

Yeah not sure how many folks use it - might need to add some background stats log of centmin.sh menu option runs so folks get an idea of what is most commonly used. Would help determine future centmin.sh menu layout/order changes too.

More likely menu option 21 would be replaced by something else.

    A short description ?

1)It will sync on the fly to the new server?
2)It will create a local backup and then transfer and restore to the new server?
3)It will for full system backup and restore on the new server?
4)It will be per domain transfer for the new server?

Any ETA when we can test it?

    Thank you !

Right now it will be a full system nginx, php-fpm, mariadb mysql, site files, databases, database users and optionally if detected redis and elasticsearch data directories too backup to a single tar.gz compressed file which is transferred to the new Centmin Mod server and restored in place = will by default overwrite whatever is on the new Centmin Mod server with the backed up files. With option to have some selective files not overwritten i.e. php.conf/php-fpm.conf can choose to overwrite (use old server config) or not (use new server config). It's intended for full server migrations.

No ETA as yet. But the first folks to get access will be Centmin Mod Premium users via the private Centmin Mod Premium user forum when it does become publicly available ready for public testing.

It is useful for sure but as usually the new server doesn't have the exact same specs so i think the configuration files Nginx, Phpfpm, MariaDB should not be copied ....

I would like to see that backup and restore to a new server per domain.

In my case is more useful ....

    Thank you

Yeah true though this is data transfer intended purpose so if folks modify their nginx.conf they would want it transferred over. php.conf/php-fpm.conf by default don't get transferred unless you choose to right now but more i think it about it like nginx.conf, folks who customise php.conf/php-fpm.conf would want them to be intact on transfer too. Probably will have routines/scripts I wrote for Centmin Mod's DigitalOcean 1-click Marketplace compatibility support, which can be ran after restore to auto optimise the nginx, php-fpm and mysql settings for the restored system specs.

Right now it's whole server transfer only. Per domain will be something later on.
