If you have say a WordPress site that uses Redis in the nginx level so most if not all is cached in RAM.

Would it still matter if you host it on a server with SSD vs a regular RAID 10 HDD as far as page loading speed is concerned?

Of course the location is important but supposed all things being equal except the storage type? Would that cancel out because of redis?

    Nginx 1.27.x
    MariaDB 10.x/11.4+
depends on what you're accessing as nginx-helper that is installed as part of redis cache at nginx level can set what events purge cache so and redis include file should define which uris/directories would bypass cache so for those non-cached responses they'd hit disk
