    Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.3 is released.

    Given its past history, it will not be long before Oracle Linux, Rocky Linux and Alma Linux -9.3 is released.

    Nice. AlmaLinux had 9.3 beta release a few days ago. Added it to my automated Centmin Mod testing https://community.centminmod.com/th...-13-support-in-130-00beta01.24237/#post-97682 :)

    Sure has - automated testing for Centmin Mod also does CentOS 8/9 Stream so that I can compare binaries/packages with AlmaLinux/Rocky Linux/Oracle Linux 8/9 :)

    The AlmaLinux 9.3 release is a matter of hours, since it is internally released as stable.
    But since the same AlmaLinux distribution mixed code from Stream, Oracle, proprietary and others. It is my advice to wait for Rocky. These release schedules are a slightly more conservatively, often a few days later (depending on upstream Red Hat).

    By the way, this is my own opinion. Red Hat's CTO has clearly stated that Stream is not a replacement for RHEL. Then it seems very simple to me, to not use any Stream related code in production.

    AlmaLinux 9.3 is available since yesterday evening, albeit not officially announced yet. Files and ISO's over here!

    Apart from the fact that the bits had been available for some time (see above).
    AlmaLinux 9.3 has also now been officially announced.

    Rocky Linux 9.3 is on its way and the mirrors are synced. Files are already there, but locked as can be seen at the mirror sample below:

    https://rockylinux.anexia.at/9.3/isos/x86_64/Rocky-9-latest-x86_64-dvd.iso

    Now should you really, really want to. The files are locked via http traffic, but downloadable via rsync. Although that is never recommended. Advice is always to wait for the official announcement. For example. Should a release stop bug be found and files replaced.

    Another update: Oracle Linux 9.3 is available through Oracle's latest repo (enabled by default).
    And updates come in automatically (via yum update). Although yet an official announcement, nor available up-to-date ISO.

    Don't worry, I am partly because of a very limited time, and large case-load. Subscribed to various feeds. News comes in automatically. I am fortunately not on the F5 tour;)
