OVH Random timeout

uptimerobot is reporting timeout errors at random times (2 or 3 times per week). Just few minutes ago I got a new report and I was able to get the timeout error as well.

OVH says everything looks normal. They blamed UR but they monitor from different locations before send a report ir alert. Server stats are OK and even this moment is when there isn't too much resource usage and visitors.

Any ideas what can I do to put the OVH guys to work on this and find if it is a hardware issue?
