    i run
    Code:
    su -c 'yum update'
and it obvisously updated everything including centos from 6.5 to 6.6

now when i try to run centmin i get a message
Detected CentOs version greater than > CentOs 6.5
do you still want to continue with the install ?

    what now?

how old is Centmin Mod version you're using, .07 stable had an update to support CentOS 6.6 which you should update to via the upgrade code outline here and info here

    thanks everything is fine :D

also could you please let me know if you have implemented a feature for auto updating?
i have seen this post Automatic nightly YUM updates with yum-cron | Centmin Mod Community

is this all that is neccesary for keeping the server secure??
should i update nginx and php too or i will have problems with centmin mod?

    thank you

    great to hear :)

no you need to do yum-cron auto update yourself as it isn't part of Centmin Mod install routine as there isn't currently any feature to obtain and remember an email address for yum-cron alerts automatically

As to Nginx and PHP, always keep up to date via centmin.sh menu options 4 and 5 respectively - it's what they're intended for ;)
