Xenforo Question about memcached and xenforo

    Hello everybody and i hope im in the correct section for this so my friend have a site and he is using xenforo and he also have memcached installed ext .. and he used resource manager for anime and cartoons but his resource page is so slow in loading i mean when you click the resource tab it takes ages for it to be loaded so hiw can i determine if its because of memcached or something else and thank you in advance.

    Is the friend's site using Centmin Mod Nginx ? As Centmin Mod automatically installs Memcached 1.4.20 server along with PHP extensions for memcache, memcached/libmemcached with igbinary support and default Memcached server listens to 127.0.0.1 with port 11211.

    As to slowness usual things to do is web browser's developer tools/network and console tabs, MySQL slow query analysis and stats usage monitoring and checking Nginx and PHP-FPM error logs.

    FAQ 19 at Centmin Mod FAQ - Menu based Nginx installer lists all Centmin Mod software's log locations. MySQL slow query analysis and stats usage monitoring you're on your own there as Centmin Mod is provided as is without any other support. My mysqlmymonlite.sh tool will help with some stats gathering for Nginx, PHP-FPM, MariaDB MySQL and generate system stats. Official site at mysqlmymon.com and includes a Youtube video on how to install and use it.

    If it's a non-Centmin Mod LEMP server, then probably not the right forum to ask :) But other members here are free to help out if they want :D
