I installed WordPress with the automated installer, and whenever I try it through the admin panel, it says it's updating, but then it takes me to about page and it still says I'm on the old version. After I wait a while and refresh the page, it usually says I'm running the new version. Could it be a caching issue?

Happens to me with and without Cloudflare too. Only using opcache by default.

I just wait a while and hit F5 on my browser.

I'm using opcache by default too. I use CloudFlare for the DNS, but I'm not using it as a reverse proxy.

Like I said, I don't use Cloudflare for caching, just for DNS.
