Upgrade PHP-FPM Problem downgrade to PHP 7.0.24 - block login root and user

Hello, Gentlemen - Ladies, I have a problem that I have never had before,
I note that I have more than one VPS with CentminMod.

I put another one with the new version of PHP 8.0.15, I was forced to downgrade to PHP 7.0.24.
I had a little surprise when I try to login via ssh or lockal have a message:
"acces denied" to both root and root and normal user.

Which totally cuts my access to the machine.
I have a vps backup, after restoring the login works again,
I tried to change the Cent Min MOD versions, after the change I downgrade
Unfortunately the effect of PHP is the same every time.

I put a new CT machine in proxmox use the centos-7-default_20190926_amd64.tar.xz image I installed Centminmod from the command:
PHP 7.4.x default beta installer. See 7.4 vs 7.3 vs 7.2 vs 7.1 vs 7.0 benchmarks.
# yum -y update; curl -O https://centminmod.com/betainstaller74.sh && chmod 0700 betainstaller74.sh && bash betainstaller74.sh
After performing the upgrade or downgrade test, PHP gets the same effect, i.e. no login to root and users.
