switch some nginx modules default to dynamic module + add CLANG_FIVE option

- add Clang 5.0 compiler detection support for Nginx compiles via CLANG_FIVE='y' variable you can set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc before recompiling nginx via centmin.sh menu option 4. Like CLANG_FOUR option which looks for clang binary /opt/sbin/llvm-release_40/bin/clang, Clang 5 will only be used if centmin mod detects clang binary installed at particular location /opt/sbin/llvm-release_50/bin/clang. Right now Clang 4 and 5 are not installed by default as can take hours to compile them on low end VPSes.
- switch some default nginx modules to dynamic nginx module build for more resource/memory efficiency for nginx.
