New server at OVHCloud (Beauharnois - BHS2 - Toronto, Canada DC) for my Matomo installation. Speed is limited to 100Mbps but it should be all I need for this workload and the price worked out to $18.90 USD/month with no setup fees thanks to the current promotions. Thanks for the tip, @eva2000.

Try opening up IPV6, sometimes OVH doesn't restrict IPV6 and have access to 1Gbps in/out.
