As GCC 12.1 is released along with EL 8.7.
Please add GCC 12.1 support to CMM.

Ok very first private test run for AlmaLinux 8.7 with GCC 12.1 for Nginx build

Just committed GCC 12 optional support fro EL 8.7 and EL 9.1 in 130.00beta01 so cmupdate to update the code and you can test it out with 3 persistent config variables set at /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc listed below.
