Please help .. for encrypted (html link)

Hi All,
i just installed and setting centminmod (Nginx Wordpress + WP-FFPC Plugin Setup + ngx_pagespeed) very good performace so far.

but i have problem with one of my plugin (the plugin use for encrypted for hyperlink) for example below :
http://domain.com/postname(permalin...mFzY3JpcHQiPndpbmRvdy5sb2NhdGlvbiA9ICJodHRwOi ...
when i click the link it should be link to another web, but it's now show 502 pages.
could you please advise what configuration should i change in centmintmod for encrypted link to work (before i used share hosting with cpanel and apache work normally).

@Mak Adang unfortunately, never used that plugin so no sure if it's a problem with nginx or the fact that WP-FFPC uses memcached and it has a 250 character limit see Problem memcached and long urls | Centmin Mod Community so for long url based Wordpress forums, best to use WP Super Cache instead of WP-FFPC
