Just updated codebase on a server and went to reset the phpmyadmin htaccess password and phpmyadmin.sh missing is missing. I looked on another server not updated to the latest and it's there. Is this intentional?

Copied the script over to the server missing it and reset the password. Now I get past the http auth and get a 502.
    My Monday :(

How old are the Centmin Mod phpmyadmin installations?

Try uninstalling it as per Addon phpmyadmin.sh - CentminMod.com LEMP Nginx web stack for CentOS
    Code (Text):
    /root/tools/phpmyadmin_uninstall.sh

    then reinstalling
    Code (Text):
    cd /usr/local/src/centminmod/addons
    wget --no-check-certificate https://github.com/centminmod/phpmyadmin/raw/master/phpmyadmin.sh -O phpmyadmin.sh
    chmod 0700 phpmyadmin.sh
    ./phpmyadmin.sh install

As old as my user on the forum :) but kept the code updates and OS updates in check.
That worked thanks! Now I just need to sort out why all I get now is a blank white page.

Did you sort out the blank page?
I am getting it as well after a fresh PMA installation. :(
