    Upgraded a couple 9.7->9.8 with no issues

    Should be fine for 132.00stable and 140.00beta01 for EL 9.8 but EL 10.X and EL 10.2 is 141.00beta01 only

    Yeah, upgrade from EL 9.7 to 9.8 and further testing went fine on 140.00beta01.
