FYI, only Centmin Mod 123.09beta01 and higher fully support PHP 7.2 branch, so if you're on 123.08stable, need to switch to 123.09beta01 via centmin.sh menu option 23 submenu option 3 first before running centmin.sh menu option 5 to update to PHP 7.2.1.

    xenForo and Wordpress?
Any noticeable performance gap between PHP 7.1 and 7.2.2?

Just switched over to 123.09beta01 and upgraded to PHP 7.2.1!

It was just an update from 7.0 to 7.2, but whoa, my site sure does feel fast now. :D

Yep, I have been playing it safe because unfortunately I don't have a lot of time to do troubleshooting or in-depth diagnostics if things go wrong. All of the goodies in .09beta are too tempting, though, so I had to finally make the leap. :) I can tell there are quite a few improvements!

I always seem to update my software on exactly the day of or the day before the next update is released...

I'll probably have to downgrade to 7.1 anyway. Although all of the scripts on my server support 7.2, I use AppOptics for their APM service, and it's not compatible with 7.2 yet. :meh:

I'm guessing you're on the latest version of XF 1? I might hold off on upgrading. I'm not yet on the latest.

Would there be any potential issues in downgrading to 7.1 using the Centminmod installer?
