Nginx nginx limit_req_dry_run directive coming soon

Was checking up on Nginx master branch development code that is going on and saw this nice feature commit that is probably coming in Nginx 1.17.1 later on for limit_req_dry_run directive Limit req: limit_req_dry_run directive. · nginx/nginx@dda58fc

cool if you aren't sure of your configured rate limiting request settings, you can use this new directive once Nginx 1.17.1+ is released
