    update PHP 7.4.32, 8.0.24, 8.1.11 & backport security fixes in 124.00stable

    - update PHP 7.4.32, 8.0.24, 8.1.11 security fixed versions
    - backport PHP 7.4.31 security relevant fixes to EOL PHP 5.6.40, 7.0.33, 7.1.33, 7.2.34 and 7.3.31
    - existing Centmin Mod users using 124.00stable, run cmupdate to pull update code to local server and then run centmin.sh menu option 5 to recompile your desired PHP versions
