[PATCH]: Add support for multiple certificates (Hybrid ECDSA and RSA) to Nginx 1.10.
As requested. With this back-ported feature a Nginx 1.10 server can serve parallel ECDSA - RSA certificates.
For an ideal mix of stability, security and performance. Without dropping older clients.

just to make it clear to Centmin Mod Nginx users this patch isn't for Centmin Mod Nginx that you use. It's for non-Centmin Mod Nginx
