    part 10 initial prep fixes for el9 support in 130.00beta01

    - update PHP-FPM pid path for el9 systems from /var/run/php-fpm/php-fpm.pid to /run/php-fpm/php-fpm.pid
    - PHP-FPM logs report the issue as:

    /usr/lib/systemd/system/php-fpm.service:7: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/php-fpm/php-fpm.pid → /run/php-fpm/php-fpm.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
