    prep for PHP 8.0.0 GA stable release in 123.09beta01

    - Support PHP 8.0.0 GA stable release in centmin.sh menu option 5 when you specify versions starting with 8.0.0
    - Note not all PHP extensions are supported. Some PHP extensions don't work including memcache (memcached with a 'd' works) and mcrypt that I know of right now
    - To update local 123.09beta01 server code, run cmupdate to update your server before running centmin.sh menu option 5
