    For PHP 7.4.0 GA Stable support https://community.centminmod.com/threads/php-7-4-0-ga-stable-release-coming-soon.18727/ update libsodium version from 1.0.17 to 1.0.18 due to PHP 7.4's higher libsodium version requirement but 1.0.18 download link changed, so this update fixes the download link
