- updated oprenresty stream lua nginx module to 0.0.6rc2 https://github.com/openresty/stream-lua-nginx-module and lua nginx to 0.10.14rc2 https://github.com/openresty/lua-nginx-module which now recommends openresty's version of luagit https://github.com/openresty/luajit2 as opposed to official luajit version http://luajit.org/index.html so switching over to openresty's luajit version
