- update cookie and url exclusion list for fastcgi_cache
- populate include files mentioned at Beta Branch - part 2 prep work fastcgi_cache support to centmin.sh menu option 22 with commented out examples
- add optional support for my own Autoptimize Gzip WP plugin which when combined with Autoptimize WP Plugin will pre-compress gzip css/js optimised Autoptimize static files Wordpress - My first Wordpress Autoptimize Gzip Companion Plugin !. To enable set in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc the variable WP_AUTOPTIMIZE_GZIP='y' prior to launching centmin.sh menu option 22. Applies to fastcgi_cache and cache enabler cache method selections
- update nginx vhost templates to have commented out include file for /usr/local/nginx/conf/wpincludes/${vhostname}/wpfastcgicache_include_${vhostname}.conf
- updated completion message for fastcgi-cache selected method
