    enable GC64 mode in LuaJIT builds in 123.09beta01

    When optional OpenResty Lua Nginx module support is enabled via ORESTY_LUANGINX='y' in persistent config file /etc/centminmod/custom_config.inc prior to centmin.sh menu option 4 based Nginx recompiles, also enable GC64 mode in LuaJIT builds on 64bit systems https://blog.openresty.com/en/luajit-gc64-mode/ to support more than 2GB of memory for LuaJIT's garbage collector.
