update centmin.sh menu 5 PHP extension routine in 130.00beta01

- for same PHP major version recompiles, Centmin Mod would skip recompiling PHP extensions and only recompile PHP extensions if a downgrade or upgrade to a major PHP version is made to save time i.e. PHP 8.1 to 8.2 or PHP 8.1 to 8.0 will trigger PHP extension compilations for new major versions.
- but if you enable optional PHP extensions not already installed, recompiling PHP for same major branch would not trigger PHP extension routines for those new PHP extensions. This update now adds a check for these optional PHP extensions to be compiled for same PHP major branch runs of centmin.sh menu option 5
- the following PHP extensions have updated routines: mssql, redis, mongodb, swoole, zopfli, brotli, lz4, lzf, zstd, mailparse
